Competition Team
Take your passion to the next level. Our competition team trains hard, performs with heart, and represents Level Up Dance Center with pride.
The Level Up Competition Team is an audition-based performance group for dedicated dancers who are ready to push their skills, compete at regional events, and grow as artists and teammates. We are a passionate, community-focused team — not an elite travel program.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 5 years old
- Ballet and Jazz classes are mandatory for all competition team members
- Must also be enrolled in the class style you wish to compete in
- Acro tricks in routines require enrollment in the Acro class
- Monday rehearsals are required and mandatory for all team members
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to the team
- Parent/guardian support and availability for rehearsals and competitions

Every Monday — required and mandatory for all competition team members
Competitions
5 competitions per season (January–May) — 1 local event and 4 travel competitions, all within Florida
Costumes
Team costumes provided — costume fees apply
Season
Full season runs June through May, with competitions January through May

Audition Information
Auditions are held every May for the upcoming season. Watch our social media and studio announcements for exact dates. All current Level Up students who meet the requirements are encouraged to try out.
Competition team fees are separate from regular tuition. Full details provided at auditions. All competitions are within Florida — 1 local event and 4 travel competitions per season.
