Finding her passion early, Dominique Shepherd-Binns started taking dance lessons at the age of four and continued throughout her teenage years. After high school she attended Mount Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania, on a Theatre Scholarship. She moved back home to Florida after one year in the cold, continuing her studies at Indian River State College. As she continued growing as a performer, she found herself on main stages across South Florida and opening for major artists, including Sean Paul. She has been a recognizable fixture for more than a decade at countless South Florida Pride events, acting as a veteran choreographer and performer on stages from the Treasure Coast to Miami. In addition to teaching, Dominique has toured the country as a dancer with “Simply Tina”, the only Tina Turner tribute band with expressed permission from Tina Turner herself, to perform her music. Over the years, Dominique found her way back to studio life, pouring her energy into what she loves most - teaching dance to kids. After spending more than 15 years teaching at several reputable studios along the Treasure Coast, she was offered (and accepted) the opportunity to become the Director of Boundless Dance Company (now Coastal Dreams Dance Company). Building this program from the ground up was no easy task, but her passion, determination, and drive built it into a reputable studio, drawing in dancers from all along the Treasure Coast. During her time as Director of BDC, Dominique created a program capable of a sustaining a major production - her own take on the classic “Nutcracker” - “The Cracked Nutcracker”. With almost 17 years of experience, she has finally reached her lifelong goal of having her own studio. Dominique is proud to be Co-owner and Artistic Director of Level Up Dance Center.

Juliet, originally from the Bronx, New York, moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida at the age of 25, bringing with her a strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit. She holds two associate degrees — one in Multimedia Management and another in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound — which have given her a unique blend of creative and technical skills.
Juliet has been married for 10 years and is the proud mom of three children. It was her youngest child’s love of dancing that first introduced her to the world of dance. This journey not only inspired Juliet to create a space where children can grow with confidence and creativity but also led her to meet Ms. Dominique, whose expertise and passion helped shape Level Up Dance Center into what it is today.
Juliet’s focus is on building a supportive, welcoming environment where every child feels encouraged to discover their potential. Under her leadership, Level Up Dance Center has quickly become known for its inclusive classes, exciting performances, and family-like atmosphere. For Juliet, dance is more than an art form — it’s a way to help children thrive both on and off the stage.

She expanded her knowledge of dance through her theatre training which would not only enrich her training, but would later also enrich her future students. Kaileigh has always had a passion for dance and wants to share it with others. She always knew she wanted to be an instructor! She’s not only lucky enough to teach in studio, but she also has many years of working out of studio doing outreach. Her favorite is being able to go into the local schools to do dance therapy with the Special Education classes. She’s also proud to have danced with the wonderful local professional company, Wings To Fly for many years! Kaileigh is very excited to be a part of Level Up Dance Center!
